Michael A. Aimino graduated from Rutgers School of Law in Camden in 1986, after having obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Prior to attending Rutgers College, he graduated from Gateway Regional High School in Woodbury Heights, New Jersey. Mr. Aimino concentrates his law practice in the areas of personal injury, municipal court, traffic matters, juvenile law, municipal law, criminal matters, zoning and planning, wills and estates, and real estate law. Mr. Aimino has previously served as the Solicitor of the City of Woodbury Planning/Zoning Board and is a past Municipal Solicitor for the City of Woodbury, the County Seat of Gloucester County. Presently, Mr. Aimino is the solicitor for the Greenwich Township Planning/Zoning Board and the Woolwich Township Joint Land Use Board. He also serves as the Public Defender for Harrison Township and Pennsville Township. Mr. Aimino is active in community affairs having served a number of years on the Gloucester County YMCA’s Board of Directors, coached various youth baseball, basketball and soccer teams both in local town leagues, as well as, for St. Patrick’s Catholic School and volunteered for various local groups. Walter B. (Terry) Dennen graduated cum laude from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1986 where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Honor Board. He received a bachelor-of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1978. Terry, who is admitted to the bar in both New Jersey and Delaware, concentrates his law practice in the areas of business and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, environmental, administrative and real estate law. A longtime member of the New Jersey Solid Waste Utility Attorneys’ Committee Terry has extensive experience in regulatory and permitting matters involving the solid waste industry including A-901 licensure. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to environmental litigation and the defense of administrative penalty actions.
Terry was the first solicitor for the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and is active in community and charitable affairs, having served in administrative and coaching capacities in youth soccer and baseball organizations, and participated in strategic planning for his local school system. Terry is also the President of the Road Runners Club of Woodbury, Inc.
